3. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale/private label orders?

Yes, there is a minimum order quantity for wholesale and private label orders. The specific MOQ may vary depending on the product. Once you submit the WHOLESALE FORM, our sales team will contact you for the details catalog. 

4. Can I customize the packaging for private label orders?

Absolutely! We offer customization options for packaging, labels, and branding. Please kindly take note there will be special requirements on the Private Label orders. Please kindly fill in the WHOLESALE FORM, our team will work closely with you to create a unique product package for you.  

5. What is the turnaround time for wholesale/private label orders?

Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the order and product availability. Our team will provide you with an estimated timeline after all the details are agreed before you place your order.

Private labels: 4-6 weeks 

6. Are samples available for wholesale/private label products?

Unfortunately, The Lash Supply doesn't offer samples for Wholesale/ Private Label. We suggest you can try our products by placing the order online at thelashsupply.com or at any The Lash Supply local stores at Our stores

7. How can I make payments for wholesale/private label orders?

We accept various payment methods for wholesale/private label orders, including bank transfers and credit card payments. Our team will provide you with detailed payment instructions.

We are currently accepting wholesale/ private orders for US delivery. 

9. Do you provide marketing support for private label products?
